The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in Python development and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><br>Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and assist in developing Python-based applications.<br><br>Contribute to the development and maintenance of web applications using frameworks like <strong>Django</strong>, <strong>Flask</strong>, or <strong>FastAPI</strong>.<br><br>Assist in integrating front-end components with back-end logic.<br><br>Work with <strong>SQL or NoSQL databases</strong> to manage data effectively.<br><br>Help design and implement simple, scalable database structures.<br><br>Fetch and manipulate data from APIs or databases (REST/HTTP/WebSockets).<br><br>Write and maintain <strong>unit tests</strong> using <strong>pytest</strong> or <strong>unittest</strong>.<br><br>Support debugging and resolving technical issues with guidance from senior developers.<br><br>Participate in team code reviews and learn from best practices.<br><br>Communicate progress and blockers to the team effectively.<br><br><strong>Skills & Qualifications</strong><br><br>1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Python developer.<br><br>Familiarity with at least one Python framework such as <strong>Django</strong>, <strong>Flask</strong>, or <strong>FastAPI</strong>.<br><br>Basic experience working with <strong>SQL databases</strong> (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL); exposure to <strong>NoSQL</strong> databases is a plus.<br><br>Understanding of <strong>RESTful APIs</strong> and microservices basics.<br><br>Exposure to <strong>cloud platforms</strong> (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.<br><br>Familiarity with <strong>ORMs</strong> like <strong>Django ORM</strong> or <strong>SQLAlchemy</strong>.<br><br>Basic knowledge of <strong>Docker</strong>, <strong>Nginx</strong>, or <strong>Uvicorn</strong> is an advantage.<br><br>Awareness of <strong>authentication/authorization</strong> principles.<br><br>Basic understanding of <strong>front-end technologies</strong> like HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or Vue is a plus).<br><br>Knowledge of <strong>unit testing</strong> and interest in writing clean, maintainable code.<br><br>Willingness to learn tools like <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong>, <strong>Kubernetes</strong>, or <strong>message queues</strong> (Kafka, etc.).<br><br>Previous experience in an <strong>Agile/Scrum</strong> environment is desirable.</p>
