<p>Source: LinkedIn</p><p><strong>Hello </strong>#Connections!</p><p><strong>Greetings from STEMpedia (Agilo Research Private Limited)</strong></p><p><strong>Hiring for a Business Development Associate</strong></p><p><strong>Experience</strong>: Fresher - 2 Years</p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Lucknow, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Odisha</p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>Managing the business activities by discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction while fulfilling the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.</p><p><strong>Reporting Manager</strong>: Business Development Manager (India)</p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Product and Market Understanding:</strong> Understand the technicalities of our offerings, target segments, market needs and customer expectations.</li><li><strong>Customer Identification</strong>: Identify consumer journey through the marketing funnel and work on identifying and segmenting potential customers according to their needs, buying potential, etc.</li><li><strong>Lead Management</strong>: Use CRM tools to keep track of our potential customers, their product preferences, and contacts, and regularly update the status of your leads.</li><li><strong>Customer Meetings</strong>: Attend clients' meetings with or without supervision, understand their needs, offer them our solutions, and convince them of our expertise.</li><li><strong>Proposals and Contracts</strong>: Create business proposals and contracts, purchase orders, and invoices to ensure documentation processes are followed and the possibility of Upselling.</li><li><strong>On-ground Execution:</strong> Conduct Demos on customer sites and Support our partners and customers during the execution of our offerings to ensure quality and excellence.</li><li><strong>Support and Assistance</strong>:. Support your Reporting Manager in the monitoring, sale and execution of new/ongoing deals and partners.</li><li><strong>Reporting and Monitoring</strong>: Keep regular track of clients visited and report on leads and key parameters to the Reporting Manager.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Any Graduate or Postgraduate with a strong interest in the <strong>STEM education space</strong>.</li><li>At least 0-2 years of BD & Sales experience preferably in B2B space.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Sales calls, CRM, and Business tools (Microsoft Office or G-Suite).</li><li>Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills; a hustler in their approach.</li><li>Comfortable with frequent traveling across the country and taking a hands-on approach for swift execution.</li><li>Passion for bringing an innovative change in our education system.</li></ul><p>Remuneration: Competitive salary as per the market standards with performance-based incentives.</p><p>Excited to join our team?</p><p>--> We’d love to hear from you!
